Structure of great and consolidated hotel tradition that over the years has constantly been able to renew itself. Located directly on the sea on the stretch of the Ionian coast between Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca, it is open all year round, in winter it is ideal for business travelers thanks to a restaurant with a la carte menu and the wellness center for indulge in a little relaxation; in summer, it lights up with liveliness and color and welcomes families and couples to enjoy the beautiful sea of the area and its excellent cuisine; it also has an outdoor swimming pool and a large garden. A fun program focused in particular on children, to whom all the attention is dedicated with a Childcare service at set times. The service is dedicated to children aged 4 to 10. The adults, on the other hand, will be able to enjoy some soft sporting activities as well as various entertainments and parties during the evening.

For companies, it can offer the organization of small and large events thanks to the presence of a large multipurpose room, the square and a beautiful garden facing the sea for organizing aperitifs or coffee breaks in spring; as well as for couples, groups of friends, sports groups who want to spend a weekend discovering Salento.

Rooms

It has 50 rooms in the main building, an annex with rooms facing the sea and 20 newly built apartments 70m from the hotel, offered in aparthotel and residence formula. In the latter case there is a reduction on the price as the hotel level is lower.

Rooms: Economy Double room dedicated to those on a budget, located on the ground floor with a window and a view of the entrance courtyard of the structure. Standard double bedroom with the possibility of adding a 3/4 bunk bed. Comfort, more spacious than the standard rooms, with a small terrace, provide the possibility of extra beds. Seafront Comfort, like the previous ones, with a terrace facing the sea or located in an annex adjacent to the central body, always with a large terrace, on the first and second floor (without lift). Deluxe, with a terrace facing the sea on the second floor. Double bed and large sofa / bed for 3 4 person.

The rooms are delivered starting from 16:00. In case of arrival before the room delivery time, it is possible to use the common services of the structure.

In formula Aparthotel (cat. 3 *) the accommodation is in two-room apartments, located 70 m from the hotel, with air conditioning, TV, fridge, bathroom with hairdryer, patio or balcony, double bedroom and the possibility of 3/4 bunk beds. The apartments are more simply furnished than the hotel. They are suitable for customers who prefer a larger living space than the bedroom, but less demanding.

THE Three-room apartments (cat. 3 *) all have air conditioning, TV and safe. They consist of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and small terrace and located 70 meters from the hotel, on the ground floor, subjected by five steps with a patio in front, on the first or second floor (some facing sea with supplement).

Here in the restaurants, the cuisine is the result of research that goes beyond taste and results in a combination of intense sensations also revisited with the traditions of Salento cuisine. You can savor the excellence of culinary art and hospitality at the table. The Restaurants: Green Park, Grill da Peppe which from this year will contain a greater number of guests and Riccio Beach Club.

Peppe’s grill for grilled “Gourmets”, every evening by reservation, at the Piazzetta Francesco Sereno, you can choose between a delicious grilled seafood or a fabulous grilled land with rich vegetable appetizers. Can’t miss the Beer and Pepsi Cola (served on tap) and dessert.

Riccio Beach Club On reservation at the reception, for lunch only, fixed fish menu directly by the sea on the hotel’s private beach (weather conditions permitting)

Gourmet formula

Breakfast with coffee, tea, juices, cakes, fresh and canned fruit, croissants, cereals, biscuits, biscuits, jams and yogurt, crepes and omelettes with cheeses and cold cuts. Lunch and dinner at the Green Park Room – with table service and bottled water and house wine included with meals. Open bar (at the central hotel bar) from 10:00 to 24:00 with unlimited consumption of coffee, orange juice, Pepsi Cola, fruit juices, iced tea and Lemon. The open bar is not available on the beach. The Parco dei Principi Resort & Spa **** has a private beach with low rocks, which can be accessed directly via an underpass inside the structure. Sunbeds and umbrellas are positioned in a flat area of reported sand and for access to the sea there is a path facilitated by steps. The seabed is made up of large pebbles with an initial depth of about seventy centimeters (club card to be paid locally). Beach towels available on deposit.

For those wishing to appreciate the fine sand of the coast that extends for over ten km from Torre San Giovanni to Marina di Ugento, you can make free use of an umbrella with a sunbed and a deckchair at the Lido Bora Bora, three km away, reachable by service. private shuttle (with a / c).
