Si affacciano in un’antica corte e prendono il nome dai fiori e dalle piante tipiche del territorio siciliano. Servono l’antica area: la sala “Paladino”, i ristoranti “Don Gaetano”, la “Sala Velaggio” e la “Bottaia”. Ambiente di rara bellezza è l’antica “Bottaia”: una sala ricavata dalla ristrutturazione di un’antica cantina siciliana interrata, dove i signori conservavano il loro prezioso vino Marsala. La scala d’ingresso, i cui gradini sono scavati nella roccia, sono perfettamente integri e funzionali.

Nell’area antica della struttura alberghiera è possibile visitare la cappella nobiliare, tipico ambiente religioso dei bagli feudali, dove venivano officiati i vari riti religiosi per i nobili proprietari e per la servitù contadina.

Le 9  stanze della “zona antica”, le Camere Atmosphere, pur mantenendo la loro bellezza originaria sono dotate di ogni comfort moderno. Si affacciano in un’ antica corte e prendono il nome dai fiori e dalle piante tipiche del territorio siciliano: il “Nespolo”, l’“Arancio”, il “Ficodindia”, il “Limone, ”la “Giummara” e il “ Ciliegio”, il “Geranio”, la “Rosa” e il “ Melograno” . Tutte le stanze arieggiate e luminose hanno pareti chiare con affreschi. L’arredo è tipicamente siciliano, con mobili antichi di fine ‘800, perfettamente restaurati e funzionali. I pavimenti in marmo e i “soffitti a volta” arricchiscono gli ambienti di rusticità e Sicilianità.

Le 14 Camere “Economy” da 25mq, ubicate all’interno del corpo centrale della struttura, sono arredate in stile classico. Mobili in legno massello laccati in avorio e olmo,  pareti di tinta chiara  in contrasto con il verde dell’arredamento tessile.

Le 144 stanze “Deluxe” si adattano perfettamente sia alle esigenze familiari che alle necessità delle coppie o dei singoli, che vogliono trascorrere una vacanza o viaggio-lavoro in pieno comfort e relax. Esse sono disposte sui tre piani dell’albergo, distinguendosi per colori d’arredamento, presenza di balconi o ampie finestre. Le stanze Deluxe da 25mq, dallo stile classico-moderno, sono arredate con gusto da mobili bianchi dalle linee essenziali e bombate. I letti matrimoniali hanno originali testa-letto in pelle “alcantara” di color turchese o blu notte o beige con al centro un oblò. Alcune stanze hanno letti matrimoniali separabili e sono dotate di eleganti lettini-divano, che trasformano la stanza in tripla. Ogni camera è dotata di un comodo bagno con doccia in marmo a luce blu rilassante. Completano gli arredi: tende beige, cuscineria, scrivanie e sedie in legno bianco, porta valigie in ferro battuto, dipinti alle pareti.

Le 6 suite da 50mq sono la scelta perfetta per chi ama l’estrema eleganza degli ambienti e il lusso degli arredi e degli accessori. Ogni camera da letto è preceduta da un elegante salotto con divano e poltrone in morbida pelle “alcantara” beige, racchiuse in una struttura di legno bianco, abbinato a scrivania e sedie. Morbida cuscineria nei colori del beige e del rosso ravviva l’ambiente. L’entrata nella camera da letto è preceduta e decorata con colonne classiche bianche alte sino al soffitto. Il bagno in pregiato marmo, racchiude la doccia cromoterapica a luce rilassante “blu” “Lui & Lei”, con due bocche doccia, chiuse da pareti in vetro. Ogni suite comprende nel suo arredo un caratteristico mobile antico restaurato di fine ‘800. A scelta del cliente: la suite con “letto matrimoniale a baldacchino”, un arredo che rende ancor più romantiche le notti da trascorrere nell’Hotel Baglio Basile.

La piscina esterna dell’Hotel Baglio Basile è collocata nell’ampio giardinodella struttura alberghiera ed è usufruibile dai clienti dal mese di giugno. La piscina ha una forma originale: è composta da due enormi vasche circolari distinte l’uno dall’altra, di cui una dotata di una comunicante vasca a “mezza luna”, dal fondale più basso, ideale per ospitare i bambini. Le due enormi vasche, distanti tra loro, sono collegate da un ampio e lungo canale, che consente di poter nuotare per un lungo tragitto tra le due piscine principali. Attorno alla piscina: ombrelloni in paglia, sedie a sdraio e accoglienti gazebo di legno, dove sedersi e rilassarsi sorseggiando una bibita fresca o un cocktail preparato dai barman del bar, situato vicino alla piscina.
